Contest prizes vary by survey and are outlined in the survey invitation. Odds of winning a prize are based on the number of prize draw entrants and the number of prizes offered, both of which also vary by survey.
Contest winners will be selected at random and notified by phone or email within 30 days of the close of the survey or for tracking surveys, within 30 days of the close of the surveying period. Before being confirmed as winners, those selected must 1) acknowledge their status as a prize winner with Sentis within 7 days from initial notification from Sentis and 2) correctly answer, without assistance, a skill testing question. If those contacted do not acknowledge their status as a winner and do not correctly answer the skill testing question within seven days of being contacted the prize may be deemed forfeited. Sentis shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to the winner's spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Prize(s) will be provided within 30 days of winners being confirmed.
Entrants will receive one entry for every eligible survey completed, unless otherwise specified. Non-survey respondents can enter one entry into the draw by writing to Sentis Research at 6th Floor, 543 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6C 1X8 and including their full name, mailing address, age, email address and the survey contest they want to enter. Written entries must be received before the survey deadline or, if there is no stated deadline, at least one day before the winners are selected.
Sentis Research is not responsible for any expenses, injuries, losses or damages associated with claiming or using any prize. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes, if applicable, resulting from claiming prizes.
Sentis Research reserves the right to withdraw the contest or to modify these rules at any time at its sole discretion.
The winner agrees to abide by and be bound by these Contest Rules. Sentis contests will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the applicable provincial or state laws.
